As an empath from a very young age, I have always felt the pain of others on a deep level and wanted to help them. I later realised that in order to truly aid others I first needed to address the things within me that required healing.

Didn't know what to expect from my session, all I knew was my Chakras needed clearing. I had the urge to reach out to Spirit for help.
On reaching my destination of my session, I was led into the most peace filled, most serene and tranquil space.

I was then asked by my healer to take deep breaths, before you know it, boom, I was asleep, after what seemed like days of sleeping which was only an 1hr or so. I had a crystal-therapy session for my very first time in life with Spirit and I have to admit that it was a real experience.
I had no idea of what I could have felt, nor I had any clue on what she would have actually done with me.
​
I can say that I felt something like in reiki, I could feel my body light and heavy depending on the area and on the moment, and I could also see colours and some images. I had to fight sometime with my mind, that was trying to tell me that what I was experiencing was impossible, that I was inventing by myself everything.
But at the end of the session I felt so light and in peace, I had some head ache which eventually disappeared quite quickly. I was feeling like I was able to see more than on a 180 degrees perspective, my visuality was clearer and deeper and so my head and my mind.

I was recommended to contact Spirit for a Distant Crystal & Sound Fusion Healing and from the start felt an air of intrigue, wrapped in graceful professionalism.
After thinking about my intentions, my first sensation came from the music which helped me relax, breathe & take myself out from the outer world.
​
After that the awesomeness began! I felt many different sensations in my body. At one point I saw my spirit get up and try to leave! It told me it was restless and it kept tossing & turning, which for some reason I found amusing. It said it wanted to be 'free & no longer contained'.
​
I felt cold all over at one point especially on my feet, which I learnt later was a focus point of the healing. At another time I felt gently pulled & rooted down into the bed & I felt calm & strong.
​
There was a lot of chatter in the my head and answers to pressing questions were revealed. There was messages from my spirit mainly say 'take your time & be gentle with yourself', & 'you are stronger than you think'. There were swift moving visions all relating to my intentions!

At one point I was underwater and swam up to the surface and was about to panic out of fear, but turned and saw I was right next to the shore, I felt a safe feeling after that. In the vision, I gathered my strength and swam out and joined my friends on the beach.
